SLATECO HEATING AND COOLING LLC in Roseto, PA is seeking a motivated HVAC Install Apprentice to launch your career in the trades. You will learn hands-on from experienced HVAC professionals in a supportive environment on residential and commercial projects.

This role offers on-the-job training, opportunity for advancement, and a pathway to develop essential HVAC install skills in a growing team. Physical work and indoor/outdoor conditions are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Entry-level applicants welcome; HVAC or trades experience is a plus.
• Commitment to learning on the job and growing within the HVAC trade.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and working outdoors/indoors.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead technicians with installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Help with installation of ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical connections.
• Transport, stage, and organize tools, equipment, and materials on job sites.
• Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on all job sites.
• Support the team with equipment startups, testing, and quality checks.
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers.

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and grow within the HVAC trade
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• High school diploma or GED preferred
