Ball Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our HVAC Install team in Biloxi, MS. You will work with experienced installers, receive hands-on training for residential and light commercial installations, and assist with parts, tools, and installation at job sites.

The role emphasizes mechanical aptitude, strong customer service, and a willingness to learn, with full-time hours and a $15.00–$18.00 per hour pay scale.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems and installation work.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside top installers on residential HVAC installations.
• Receive hands-on training for residential and light commercial installs.
• Assist with parts, tools, and delivery at the job site.
• Operate hand and power tools and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Install HVAC equipment per safety requirements and manufacturer specs.

What YOU will do:

• Work side-by-side the BEST installers in the industry!
• Receive hands-on-training in residential, light commercial HVAC installation
• Assist with parts, tools, delivery, installation at job site
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Assist to install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
