SCHEDULE FOR OUR HVAC INSTALL TECHNICIAN:

This is a full-time installer opportunity based in Kent, WA. The position requires travel to customer locations as needed to perform residential HVAC and ductwork installation services.

YOUR ROLE AS AN HVAC INSTALL TECHNICIAN:

You'll travel to residential job sites, install HVAC systems and ductwork, collaborate with team members, communicate with customers, and ensure every installation is completed safely and correctly. Through your technical expertise, professionalism, and commitment to excellence, you'll play a key role in maintaining the reputation DEAR Services has worked hard to earn while helping homeowners enjoy reliable and efficient indoor comfort.

In order to do this, you'll need the following:

• 3+ years of Residential HVAC Service Experience
• Knowledge of HVAC products and services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with a variety of residential HVAC systems, hand tools, power tools, and trade knowledge
• Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances
• Must have a valid WA State driver's license and a good driving record
• Must provide own tools
• Must be comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined spaces
