Job summary

Hiller in Nashville is seeking an HVAC Installation Technician to perform code-compliant HVAC replacements, soldering, and related electrical work, while communicating findings clearly to customers.

Applicants should have EPA Certification, a high school diploma or GED, and preferably NATE certification or HVAC diploma. We offer paid training, 401k, and year‑round work.

HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to perform all HVAC replacements to code
• Ability to solder and perform necessary electrical work associated with the HVAC project
• Must be capable of performing a thorough and accurate HVAC inspection and communicating findings to the client.
• Ability to perform calculations necessary for HVAC work as well as calculations necessary for invoicing purposes
• Must know and adhere to all state HVAC code.

Education/Certification Requirements:

• EPA Certified.
• A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• NATE Certification preferred.
• HVAC certification or Diploma preferred.
