DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking experienced Residential HVAC Installation Technicians for top pay, stability, and a career path toward leadership. We offer year-round residential installation work and a supportive team that values craftsmanship.

This full-time on-site role includes a full benefits package, 40-hour weeks, company uniforms, paid HVAC training and manufacturer certifications, and opportunities for advancement within our family-owned shop.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC installation experience required.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass background check.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductwork).
• Communicate with Lead Installer throughout each project to assure proper, prompt completion of the job.
• Follow proper installation and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, professional job sites.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Work as part of a team that supports each other.
• Other duties as assigned.
