Job summary

DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking experienced residential HVAC installation technicians for year-round projects across the United States. You will install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork, collaborating with Lead Installer to ensure timely, quality completions.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC installation experience required.
• Must have a good working knowledge of products and services being offered; may require training.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass background check.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductwork).
• Communicate with Lead Installer to ensure proper, prompt completion of the job.
• Follow proper installation and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, professional job sites.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Work as part of a team that supports each other.
• Other duties as assigned.
