Job summary

Sensigreen is growing and seeks an HVAC Install Team Lead to guide on-site installation teams in Huntsville. You’ll ensure projects meet code, quality standards, and schedule while mentoring apprentices and lead installers.

Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and hands-on leadership are essential for success. Ideal candidates have HVAC training, a high school diploma, and 3+ years of field experience; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Complete HVAC training is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience preferred with manager approval.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be approved to drive by the company's insurer.

Responsibilities

• Lead field installation activities for HVAC projects and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Mentor lead installers and apprentices to develop their skills.
• Install HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications and ensure quality outcomes.
• Record documentation and ensure proper job costing and parts procurement.
• Coordinate with project managers and field teams to meet schedules.
