Meyers Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Customer Service & Install Coordinator in Boulder, CO. You will be the voice on the phone and the behind-the-scenes organizer ensuring every HVAC installation is scheduled, inspected, and completed smoothly.

You’ll work with the Customer Service Manager and Install Manager to deliver an outstanding client experience from the initial call through final follow-up. This role emphasizes high phone activity and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong communicator comfortable on the phone
• HVAC knowledge or inspections familiarity is a plus
• Experience in a fast-moving role with many daily calls

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments.
• Place outbound calls to confirm installs, schedule inspections, and follow up with clients.
• Coordinate installs and build work orders, noting all details for the install team and inspections.
• Navigate local inspection requirements (Boulder, Louisville, Longmont, Boulder County).
• Check in with clients after installations to ensure satisfaction.
