Job summary

Eco Home Solutions, Inc. in Lenoir City, TN is seeking an HVAC Install Manager to supervise installation of new units and construction projects.

You will lead the install team, coordinate daily operations, and participate in weekly trainings to drive on-time completion with quality. The ideal candidate has at least two years of HVAC installation experience and EPA certification, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a changing environment.

• Mechanical aptitude and HVAC installation experience.
• Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-starter attitude with ability to work independently.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screen.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Physical ability to climb, stoop and kneel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach HVAC installers, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.
• Oversee and manage all installation projects from start to finish.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employees, managing expectations and satisfaction.
• Maintain job board and coordinate with Install Coordinator and Warehouse Manager.
• Address issues and delays, provide solutions to keep projects on track.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
