Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Memphis is seeking an Installation Manager to oversee HVAC installation projects from planning to completion. You will coordinate scheduling, budgeting, and communications to ensure profitability and high customer satisfaction.

This role requires prior installation leadership in HVAC, strong communication, attention to safety, and the ability to manage crews, materials, and permits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience as an Installation Technician in the HVAC industry.
• Strong communication and technical skills; ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation dispatching, warehousing, and tool inventory.
• Direct the building and completion of installation job packets.
• Ensure accurate forms in job folders and correct material orders.
• Approve assignment of installation crews and coordinate procurement.
• Monitor unused materials and reallocate or return as needed.
• Maintain truck and warehouse inventory and prioritize safety.
• Schedule monthly safety meetings and conduct site inspections.
• Manage permits for installations and perform job costing analysis.
