Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid HVAC certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC installation experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the installation of HVAC systems in new construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and tasks for the installation team to meet project deadlines.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturer instructions to accurately install HVAC equipment and ductwork.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the installation process to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems within the construction timeline.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed.
• Train and mentor junior installers to develop their skills.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
