Job summary

S&S Mechanical Services is seeking an Install Manager to oversee the installation side of the HVAC business at our St George location. The role requires leading installation teams, coordinating with customers, and ensuring quality and timely installations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of HVAC experience, strong supervisory and communication skills, and a solid working knowledge of carpentry, gas piping, electricity and air flow.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver's license.
• Requires a high school diploma and/or equivalent.
• A working knowledge of basic carpentry, gas piping, electricity and air flow are required.
• Must possess a working knowledge of local codes and general industry standards.
• Strong supervisory, communications, computer and mathematical skills are required.
• Minimum of 5+ years previous HVAC experience as Install Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation operations and ensure customer service standards are met through training and coaching.
• Lead and schedule installation teams; coordinate with customers, vendors and office staff.
• Recruit, interview and hire installation personnel.
• Ensure timely job readiness and proper documentation and payments for installations.
• Manage tool/equipment availability and safety; monitor code compliance and quality.
