Job summary

Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an Install Manager to lead the installation side of the HVAC business in St George, Utah. You will supervise installation crews, coordinate schedules, and ensure projects run on time while upholding service standards.

Ideal candidates bring a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 5 years of HVAC experience in installation management, with knowledge of local codes and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver's license.
• Requires a high school diploma and/or equivalent.
• A working knowledge of basic carpentry, gas piping, electricity and air flow are required.
• Must possess a working knowledge of local codes and general industry standards.
• Strong supervisory, communications, computer and mathematical skills are required.
• Minimum of 5+ years previous HVAC experience as Install Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure installers exceed customer service standards through training and coaching.
• Schedule jobs and coordinate with customers, suppliers and the office.
• Recruit, interview, and hire installation staff; supervise performance and assignments.
• Verify materials, equipment, and documentation for each completed job.
