Job summary

Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air is seeking an Install Manager who will lead our installation department from start to finish. You will coordinate HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations, keeping schedules tight and quality high while guiding a growing team.

You will work with dispatch, sales, and service managers to deliver projects on time and on budget, coaching technicians and improving processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in installation or field operations.
• Ability to coach and develop field technicians.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with scheduling, job costing, or operations management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and field software.
• Commitment to quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support installation teams across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical projects.
• Coordinate daily install schedules and ensure jobs are properly assigned and staged.
• Review job readiness, scope, and materials prior to installation.
• Ensure all installations meet company standards, code requirements, and quality expectations.
• Provide coaching, training, and ongoing development for installation technicians.
• Monitor job performance, efficiency, and profitability of install operations.
• Work closely with dispatch, sales, and service teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Resolve jobsite issues quickly and effectively to keep work on track; inspect completed installations for quality and customer satisfaction.
