Job summary

Redwood Services in New York is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead the installation team, oversee daily operations, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency across projects.

You will schedule crews, coach technicians, ensure code compliance, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with sales and service teams to deliver exceptional results. This full-time role requires 5+ years of HVAC installation experience and EPA certification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• Proven leadership and/or management experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC installation and applicable codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily installation operations while leading and developing the team.
• Schedule crews and manage installation projects.
• Coach, train, and develop technicians.
• Ensure quality workmanship, safety, and code compliance.
• Monitor department performance and KPIs.

Your Role

As HVAC Install Manager, you’ll oversee daily installation operations while leading and developing your team. You’ll be responsible for:
