Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressively more responsible project leadership experience in the building construction industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution and performance of Controls and Mechanical Installation delivery teams.
• Support revenue forecasting, billings, collections, resource planning, and other branch financial activities.
• Coordinate engineering, commissioning, and mechanical resources; manage installation scheduling and backlog.
• Set goals and performance expectations for direct reports; review and interpret contracts with project and sales teams.
• Build relationships with contractors, customers, consultants, and subcontractors; drive timely issue resolution.
