• Proficient in duct design, layout, full fabrication, and system startups (including zoning).

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, thermostats, and ventilation systems including ductwork to precise specs.
• Lead the installation crew, mentor apprentices, and foster a culture of craftsmanship.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and job specs to plan layouts.
• Test and verify system operation before turnover to customers.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, team members, and project managers.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and ensure gear and vehicles are properly cared for.
• Follow safety protocols and regulatory codes on every job site.
