Job summary
Wrench Group seeks an HVAC Lead Installer to drive project success with strong communication and leadership. You will collaborate with Install Managers to keep installations on track and exceed client expectations.
The role offers a base salary with bonus potential, plus medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k with company match, and PTO. EPA certification and a valid driver's license, plus HVAC field experience, are required.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of HVAC field installation experience.
- 1 year of lead-role experience.
- EPA Universal Certification and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in tight spaces.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with HVAC Install Manager and supervisors to review job details.
- Maintain the company truck’s cleanliness and readiness.
- Document labor hours and complete job closeout with 100% accuracy.
- Follow installation procedures and mentor apprentices.
- Adapt work plans for interruptions or scope changes.
