Rays Heating and Cooling is seeking an entry-level HVAC Install Helper to support residential and commercial installations in Santa Clarita and surrounding areas. This family-owned business offers hands-on training, paid apprenticeships, and opportunities to grow into lead technician roles.

You will assist lead technicians, transport equipment, prepare job sites, and learn ductwork, piping, and mechanical assembly under direct field training.
