Job summary

Cool Air Solutions is seeking a responsible Lead Residential Service HVAC Installer in Murrieta, CA. You will supervise installers, coordinate installations, and ensure adherence to safety standards and schedules.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid HVAC installer license or certification.
  • Proven experience as a Residential Service HVAC Installer, including lead or supervisory experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret HVAC blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Customer service focus and relationship-building.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of Residential Service HVAC Installers in installation, retrofit, and replacement of HVAC systems in residential properties.
  • Coordinate and oversee installation projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timelines.
  • Interpret HVAC blueprints, specifications, and drawings to plan installations.
  • Collaborate with clients and provide expert recommendations on equipment selection and energy-efficient solutions.
  • Conduct site assessments to evaluate systems and identify requirements.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades for smooth execution.
  • Install, connect, and test HVAC components including air handlers, condensers, ductwork, thermostats, and refrigerant lines.
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments.
  • Train and mentor junior installers on best practices and safety.
  • Document installation activities and system configurations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of Residential Service HVAC Installers in the installation, retrofitting, and replacement of HVAC systems in residential properties.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid HVAC installer license or certification.
  • Proven experience as a Residential Service HVAC Installer, including lead or supervisory experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation methods.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret HVAC blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using HVAC tools, equipment, and testing devices.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
