Qualifications

• HVAC industry experience preferred
• Beginner Microsoft Word & Excel skills required
• Possess a strong knowledge of HVAC terms, operation and installation

Responsibilities

• Review paperwork and in Service Titan to understand job requirements.
• Communicate with salesperson or technicians to gather information and meet contract terms.
• Resolve deficiencies or issues before processing the job.
• Coordinate with management to resolve scope issues (equipment sizing, space, type).
• Produce clear work-order instructions.
• Create a complete inventory of needed materials.
• Requisition materials for the job.
• Handle scheduling, job scoping, and coordination.
• Address customer concerns promptly and effectively

What You’ll Do

• Review paperwork and in Service Titan to ensure a clear understanding of the job requirements.
• Communicate with the salesperson or service technicians as needed to gather all needed information to determine what is needed to fulfill the terms of the contract and to deliver what the customer expects.
• Resolve any deficiencies, inaccuracies or other issues before the job is processed.
• Communicate with management or Field Managers immediately to resolve any issues with the scope of the job (incorrect equipment sizing by salesperson, inadequate space for sold equipment, wrong type of equipment sold, etc).
• Produce clear instructions within the work order
• Produce a complete inventory of the needed material to do the work.
• Requisition the material.
• Perform the scheduling, job scoping and job coordination process.
• Address all internal and external customer concerns and issues in a quick but effective manner.
