Job summary

We Care Plumbing, Heating & Air in Orange, CA is seeking an HVAC Install Apprentice to perform retrofit replacements, working in crews to replace furnaces and air conditioners. You will conduct safety and performance tests, check for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks, and communicate clearly with homeowners about the work.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC or home-service environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety and performance tests and CO/gas leak checks.
• Collect payments and manage basic truck inventory.
• Explain work status to homeowners after service.
