This full-time, on-site program provides paid, hands-on training in a state-of-the-art facility, guided by experienced journeymen to build real-world skills for a lasting HVAC career.

As an apprentice, you’ll learn from pros while supporting residential and commercial systems, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and growth within a national platform.

Qualifications

• Strong reading and interpretation of technical documents.
• Solid math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Good problem-solving and reasoning abilities.
• Comfort with computers, data entry, and office software.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to learn from journeymen and grow the trade.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead HVAC technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Attend apprenticeship classes and pass classroom and hands-on assessments.
• Learn to use tools, equipment, and safety procedures on job sites.
• Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and related components.
• Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance under guidance.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas, tools, and vehicles.
