Job summary

Dauenhauer Plumbing, Heating & Air, part of TurnPoint Services, is seeking a skilled HVAC Install Technician in Kentucky to install residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You will ensure quality workmanship, adhere to codes, and deliver exceptional customer service on every project.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of installation experience, a Journeyman HVAC License, and EPA certification preferred.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in residential or light commercial HVAC installation.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals.
Strong understanding of HVAC system design, airflow, and duct layout.
EPA Universal Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and ventilation components.
Lay out, fabricate, and install ductwork to specification.
Perform start-up, testing, and commissioning of newly installed equipment.
Ensure installations meet local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.
Maintain clean and organized work areas and vehicles.
Work with Install Leads and team to complete jobs safely and on time.
Communicate with homeowners about system operation and maintenance; complete documentation.
