Job summary

Rodenhiser Home Services seeks an HVAC Helper for residential/commercial installations. You will assist Lead Installer, help stage jobs, keep the truck organized, and ensure accurate paperwork. Training provided to learn state-of-the-art equipment.

You will build customer rapport, work with Project Managers, and pursue required certifications while growing with a family-owned business that values work-life balance and community service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently with guidance.
• Enrolled in school to obtain license and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installer in all HVAC installations; be efficient and accurate.
• Help stage jobs and follow quality checklists.
• Keep job site clean and truck organized.
• Complete timely paperwork including time entries.
• Establish good customer rapport during the process.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure job completion.
• Assist in connecting pipes and fuel, water or refrigerant sources.
