StrongBuilt is seeking full-time HVAC installers to join our team. You will perform system installations and service work, communicating clearly with homeowners about progress and outcomes. On-site and off-site training programs are available to support growth and certification.

Qualifications

• Install and service HVAC systems per current codes and customer needs.
• Provide accurate information about each home and situation to homeowners.
• Attend weekly technical, sales, and communication trainings.
• Assist with organizing project layouts and documenting work performed.

We have on-site and off-site training programs for continued growth. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation. Communication with homeowners about the status of their system before and after the service has been performed. Organizing project layouts based on current code and customers’ needs. Attend and participate in weekly technical, sales, and communication trainings.
