Quality Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric is seeking a diligent HVAC Install Apprentice to assist Lead Installers with residential and light commercial systems. This hands-on role emphasizes safety, customer care, and growing technical skills for advancement within the program.

You will learn installation procedures, codes, and company standards while supporting job sites, documenting work, and coordinating tools and materials.

Qualifications

• Licensed HVAC Apprentice or working toward licensure.
• Experience installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and replacement of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related components.
• Assist with removal of existing equipment and preparation of new installations.
• Move and organize equipment, materials, and tools for each job.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements; protect client property.
