• Assists customers in identifying what products they need.
• Supports outside sales personnel as needed.
• Attends sales meetings and training events as required.
• Reviews sales programs and promotions with Inside Sales Manager.
• Assists customers with back orders, errors, tracking shipments, pricing questions, and warranties.
