Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and understand specs.
• Customer service experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
• ERP experience with Epicor Prophet 21 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for commercial customers.
• Finalize sales, resolve issues, provide ongoing service.
• Take off equipment & controls from drawings and specs.
• Clarify specifications with engineers as needed.
• Prepare submittals for engineer approval.
• Manage orders within construction timelines.
• Support outside sales staff and team meetings.
