Auer Steel & Heating Supply Company in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an Inside Commercial Sales Representative. You will serve as the main contact for commercial customers, finalize sales, and support project estimates and submittals.

Preferred candidates hold an HVAC-focused associate degree or equivalent experience, with strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills. ERP and MS Office proficiency is desired to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-year Associate degree in HVAC or equivalent experience in HVAC sales/distribution.
• Alternate: 4-year technical bachelor's degree may be considered.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand specifications.
• Customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for commercial customers and finalize sales.
• Obtain plans and specifications for projects to be estimated.
• Create and send submittals for engineer approval and maintain quotation files.
• Collaborate with controls department and other teams to meet project needs.
• Manage orders within construction timeframes and support outside sales.
