This position focuses on providing information and problem-solving solutions to customers in a professional, friendly manner and requires a high-energy, organized approach to handling inquiries and orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Experience in HVAC industry or distribution preferred.
• Ability to handle high volume calls and emails.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Receives customer order correspondence and writes sales orders.
• Researches inventory items for customer orders.
• Assists customers in identifying products they need.
• Supports outside sales personnel as needed.
• Attends sales meetings and training events as required.
• Reviews sales programs and promotions with Inside Sales Manager.
• Assists customers with back orders, tracking shipments, pricing questions, warranties, etc.
