Vyron in Madison is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our Outside Sales Engineers in a fast-paced HVAC environment. You will handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage order entry with accuracy.

Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, reading basic mechanical plans, and maintaining ERP data so our team can meet growth goals. Vyron offers training, competitive pay, and a collaborative culture.

Formación

• 2+ years inside sales experience or a BA/BS degree.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Office duties - answer phones, customer inquiries, basic customer service.
• Data entry into our ERP software.
• Coordinate shipments and maintain order status reports.
• Coordinate bid day quotations – including pricing and estimating as needed.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
