Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Office duties - answer phones, customer inquiries, basic customer service.
• Data entry into our ERP software.
• Coordinate shipments and maintain order status reports.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives.
