You will grow customer relationships, support proposals, coordinate marketing activities, and improve the sales process while working at the intersection of sales, engineering, marketing and project management. Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with HVAC focus.
• At least 5+ years in HVAC, engineering, sales, or project management.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, drawings, RFQs, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Inside Sales initiatives to generate new business and opportunities.
• Manage relationships with house accounts to drive retention and repeat sales.
• Coordinate proposals and technical information between Sales and Engineering.
• Review customer specs, drawings, schematics, RFQs for equipment selection.
• Assist with specification verification, deviations, substitutions, and exceptions.
• Manage change orders and monitor proposal terms and conditions.
• Coordinate project schedules and communicate status to customers.
• Support CRM usage and data quality for opportunities and performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and external partners for content and sales literature.
• Provide technical input for product improvements and customer feedback.
