Job summary

York Factory Direct Stores is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to drive revenue and margin growth across residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and supplies. You will coordinate with House Accounts and York Dealers, building lasting relationships while delivering exceptional service and sales support.

The CSR handles order entry, delivery coordination, warranty processing, and daily customer interactions, while guiding product selection, quoting, and order processing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of HVAC experience.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Order entry and shipment tracking.
• Post-sale support as required.
• Facilitate product returns and train customers on warranty processing.
• Other duties as directed.
