Habegger Corporation in Tennessee is seeking a skilled and driven HVAC Inside Sales & Estimating Specialist to join our team in the Tennessee region. This full-time role supports business development across the Tennessee region, with standard business hours and flexibility to meet project deadlines.

You will compile estimates, bids, and proposals, while collaborating with engineers and contractors to promote Habegger products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC sales, estimating, or commercial HVAC experience.
• Experience reviewing blueprints, mechanical schedules, and project specifications.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, applications, and equipment selection.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to develop and support commercial project opportunities.
• Prepare price estimates, write proposals, bid on jobs, and monitor project progress.
• Work with engineers, contractors, architects, and developers to promote Habegger products.
• Support design-build and plan/spec projects; generate competitive quotes.
• Provide technical training and product support to contractors and internal teams.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and contribute to increasing market share.
