Job summary

Golden State Foods is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic with an HVAC focus to sustain high-speed food production equipment. You will maintain air systems, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance to keep operations safe and reliable.

The role requires experience in industrial systems, strong problem-solving, and ability to work back shifts, weekends, and on-call support. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany this key position.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred or significant relevant experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with TPM/IWS and DDS/OPR methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot air compressor systems from 150psi to 400psi.
• Repair systems from 12VDC to 480VAC and support control diagnostics.
• Adhere to OSHA, food safety and Lockout/Tagout standards; work back shifts/weekends.
