Position: BPI Certified Energy Auditor & Sales Rep

Responsibilities

• Conduct home energy assessments and provide recommendations for home improvements, including HVAC systems, weatherization, and solar PV systems
• Manage sales and client communications to ensure smooth installations and project completion goals
• Attend weekly in-person training meetings to learn product and service knowledge and grow your skills

Experience

• No sales experience required; we provide exceptional training for motivated and coachable individuals.
• Opportunity to run Mass Save energy audits if you are BPI certified and able to pass Mass Save requirements for Building Analysts. Not required for the Sales role.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections professionally.
• Bilingual proficiency is an asset.

Compensation

• Competitive compensation ranging from $60,000 to $230,000+ per year.
