HomeWorks Energy is seeking a Home Energy Specialist to travel and perform Mass Save energy assessments, modeling homes with energy software and recommending energy-saving measures. You will drive growth through sales and excellent service, assembling reports and securing contracts.
Role includes installing energy-saving products during assessments, completing paperwork accurately, and staying current on energy options. Training is provided and compensation reflects a performance-based plan.
This is a full‑time, sales exempt position. This position provides in-depth paid training when you begin your career here at HWE. This job does require most of your days being spent on the road driving. You will only need to report into an office once per week (pending your location, your local office will be Woburn, Wareham, Whitman, Sutton, or Springfield).
This is a commission-based role with average earnings of $95,000 annually - top earners have potential to earn $250,000+ annually. Holiday and Paid time off are paid at $20 per hour.
The Home Energy Specialist is responsible for helping homeowners become more energy efficient by performing Mass Save Home Energy Assessments. This role will be modeling homes in energy efficiency software, diagnosing energy usage problems and recommending energy saving measures such as insulation, and high efficiency heating and cooling.
Customer settings: This position is based in customer settings and will require work in and out of doors, including in attics, basements, small-confined spaces, and rooftops.
