Qualifications

• Proven success in outside sales, preferably in HVAC or high-ticket services.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and deliver consultative sales presentations.
• Build trust by uncovering customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Develop and present clear proposals meeting pricing and margin standards.
• Manage sales pipeline from visit to follow-up, referrals, and repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly revenue and closing targets.
