Job summary

Aire Serv of Smith County is seeking a Professional Sales Associate/Home Comfort Design to proactively generate HVAC sales and nurture customer relationships. You will visit customer homes to determine needs and recommend system replacements, upholding our values of Respect, Integrity, and Customer Focus.

The role requires self-motivation, energy, and a proven ability to manage multiple calls and paperwork efficiently, while delivering top-notch service and building lasting client relationships

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Prior HVAC industry experience is a plus.
• Computer literate with basic software knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer homes to assess HVAC needs and recommend systems.
• Lead generation through networking events and community activities.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions.
• Complete paperwork including agreements, financing documents, and heat gain/loss calculations.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up.
