You'll assist HVAC Mechanics, protect residents' homes, maintain clean job sites, and learn basic maintenance and repair tasks while delivering safe, reliable service to multifamily communities.

As an HVAC Helper, you support our Mechanical service operations in the DMV area, working alongside HVAC Mechanics and other trades to prepare, protect, and clean job sites so work can be completed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, dependable, safety-focused, respectful of residents' homes and belongings, hardworking, and possesses a willingness to "do whatever it takes" to facilitate the completion of each project.
This role is intended to be a full-time hourly position, based in the DMV area, and reports to the Division Manager. No prior HVAC experience is required, we will train the right person.

Preferred Qualifications will also have OSHA 10 certification; a high school diploma or GED; know or understand Spanish; prior construction, maintenance, or trades experience.
This role is a hands-on entry point into the mechanical trades with a growing national organization. You'll work directly alongside experienced HVAC Mechanics, learn building systems from the ground up, and have a clear path to advance as your skills develop.

Salary Range: $18 – $23 per hour based upon experience and qualifications
