Job summary

SageWater, the nation's leading provider of turnkey plumbing and mechanical infrastructure solutions, is seeking a full-time HVAC Helper to support our service team in the Washington DMV area. No prior HVAC experience is required—we will train the right person and provide growth opportunities.

You'll assist HVAC Mechanics, protect residents' homes, maintain clean job sites, and learn basic maintenance and repair tasks while delivering safe, reliable service to multifamily communities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a reliable driving record.
• Ability to reliably arrive on time to varying DMV-area job sites.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare occupied units by laying plastic, shielding surfaces, and protecting belongings.
• Protect residents' property and report any damage promptly.
• Maintain clean, respectful access to residents' homes and follow safety protocols.
• Assist HVAC Mechanics with tools, materials, and basic tasks under direction.
• Load and unload tools and materials; transport between properties and suppliers.
• Ensure safe, organized job sites and proper vehicle inspections.
