Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, HVAC knowledge, and a track record in sales and P&L management. You will develop strategies, manage budgets, and ensure high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager within HVAC or similar field.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment and services.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and team management abilities.
• Experience managing financials, budgeting, forecasting and P&L responsibility.
• Sales and business development expertise with ability to grow customer relationships.
• Knowledge of modern business operations including CRM; Service Titan is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall HVAC business operations including sales, service and installation teams.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations and optimize workflows to ensure timely project completion.
• Manage pricing, purchasing, and cost control to improve profit margins.
• Drive business development to expand residential and commercial client base.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team; foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including licensing and safety standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting HVAC.
