Job summary

Dave Jones LLC is seeking an HVAC Installer to join our residential and commercial construction teams in Wisconsin. You’ll install HVAC systems, run ductwork, and ensure code‑compliant workmanship on-site to keep clients comfortable.

We value humble, hungry, people-smart teammates who communicate clearly and stay safe. Requirements: 2+ years HVAC experience or current apprenticeship, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Hourly pay with OT and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC construction experience or currently in an HVAC apprenticeship.
• High school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license.
• Comfortable with hand/power tools; able to follow instructions, multitask, and communicate clearly with field and office teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the install: load/unload equipment, lay out and install ductwork, and connect piping to code.
• Wire and troubleshoot low-voltage controls and wiring.
• Read blueprints and translate them into layouts.
• Cut openings while protecting structural integrity and safety.
• Keep materials stocked and communicate needs to prevent return trips.
• Lead when needed and help train apprentices and fellow installers.
• Maintain safety culture on site.
• Four 10-hour days with overtime as needed; year-round work.

Compensation:

• Hourly Pay:$24 - 34hr + 1.5x OT(commensuratewithexperience).
