• 5+ years of related experience or 7+ years with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 10 HVAC technicians on service calls and maintenance projects.
• Diagnose, repair, and service commercial/industrial HVAC equipment including rooftops, chillers, and boilers.
• Perform preventative maintenance and test systems to verify functionality; document actions for project reports.
