Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $70.00/hr

Job Location: Weymouth, MA

Job Salary: $60-70/hr+ (Potential for higher hourly based on experience and background)

Requirements: HVAC, Trade License (Refrigeration, Sheet Metal, Pipefitting, etc.), Valid Driver's License

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead and manage HVAC installation and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to train and coordinate teams to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation and construction projects
• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes
• Train and mentor junior technicians and team members
• Review project plans and specifications using Bluebeam
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Oversee quality control and ensure high standards of work
• Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce OSHA regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
• Prepare reports on project progress and issues
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid Trade License
• Trade License required
• Proven experience in HVAC construction and installation
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and HVAC layout design
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
