Job Summary

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning (a division of IES Residential) is hiring an experienced Residential HVAC First Start Technician.

Responsibilities

• Install and service residential HVAC systems from the first start.
• Use tools such as torches, manifold gauges, multi‑meter, vacuum pump, and hand tools.
• Work independently and communicate effectively with customers and team.
• Maintain a clean 3‑year driving record and pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida driver’s license.
• Minimum 1 year HVAC First Start experience.
• EPA certification required.
• Computer and technology literate.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.
