Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician with a strong background in both installation and service. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high‑quality installation, maintenance, and repair services for residential and light commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and multi‑family properties
• Lead system installations according to company standards and manufacturer specifications
• Perform service calls, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and system repairs
• Conduct preventative maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
• Replace defective components and restore system performance
• Accurately document equipment serviced, parts used, and hours worked
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system conditions and repair options
• Recommend system upgrades or improvements when appropriate
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician (installation and service)
• Strong understanding of HVAC principles, practices, and safety standards
