Job summary

Thirty Madison Ventures seeks an HVAC Service Technician in Pittsfield, MA to diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance across residential and commercial sites. You will operate within full-time, 8-hour shifts with on-call weekends and use a paperless workflow via ServiceTitan on an iPad.

The role requires EPA certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work with complex systems. Competitive pay with overtime opportunities and company-sponsored training are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of HVAC service experience; 5-10 years preferred.
• Active EPA certification or willingness to obtain on hire.
• Clean background check for client site clearances.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; own hand tools.
• Proficient with mobile dispatching and iPad use in a paperless workflow.

Responsibilities

• Field diagnostic calls, repairs, and preventive maintenance (50/50 residential/commercial).
• Service residential systems and commercial infrastructure including boilers and heat pumps.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, facility managers, and site coordinators.
• Participate in weekly paid training to learn advanced hydronics and controls.
